Source time and coverage stay visible

Weather, waves and currents are current numerical-model snapshots at sampled route positions. At least three common valid fractions are required for a metric to enter the comparison. PortWatch shows activity, not physical congestion. Fuel is excluded unless a real vessel-specific curve is supplied.
